From potential employees, we collect resumes and work history details.

Disclosure to overseas recipients
We operate globally and use trusted third parties located in the United States of America, the Philippines, and Japan to help deliver our services. We also use trusted third parties that currently have data centres located in the United States of America and the European Union. On occasion, our employees in Australia may also be required to travel overseas for work. In providing our services, we may disclose personal information to these trusted third parties, as well as to any employees located outside of Australia.
We always ensure any third parties we use will protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act and the APPs. These trusted third parties are also vetted and managed through InfoTech’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.
